1.Pretreatment of raw material air

Because the oil vapor enters the micropores that block the carbon molecular sieve, the separation effect is greatly reduced. After the raw material air is compressed by the air compressor, not only the air temperature is increased, but also the oil vapor is present, so it needs to go through the cooler and the oil output, drying and cooling purification system. Finally, the treated raw material air enters the carbon molecular adsorption tower.

2.Product nitrogen concentration and gas production

Preparation of nitrogen by carbon molecular sieve, its N2 concentration and Gas production can be adjusted according to the needs of users, gas production will decrease, N2 concentration will increase, on the contrary, N2 will decline. 3.Pressure equalizing time

4.Gas production time

Due to the different adsorption rates of oxygen and nitrogen, the adsorption of 02 on carbon molecular sieves reaches equilibrium in a short time. at this time, the adsorption capacity of N2 is very small. the adsorption time is longer properly, which can save raw material air, reduce energy consumption and reduce valve switching frequency on nitrogen-making machine. 5.Operating pressure

The adsorption pressure is high and the adsorption capacity is also large, so pressurized adsorption is beneficial, but the adsorption pressure is too high, and the air energy consumption and device requirements are also high. Therefore, it is necessary to select the adsorption pressure from the perspective of comprehensive energy consumption. It is suggested that 0.6-0.8MPa is suitable for the adsorption pressure selection of general atmospheric regeneration process .

6.Service temperature

Because the adsorption process has exothermic effect, the adsorption temperature increases and the adsorption capacity decreases. Therefore, the selection of lower adsorption temperature is conducive to the performance of nitrogen production. The process of nitrogen making machine is advantageous to reduce the adsorption temperature under the condition of condition.
